Government Agency Sales Telephone: 1 (972) 960-0800 ext. 1 For the fastest response to your questions, please use the Government Agency Request form below. Our normal government agency sales telephone hours are 10:00AM to 4:00PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. Our offices are closed on weekends and on all U.S. holidays, however our order processing and distribution system operates 7 days a week. We do not accept telephone orders. All orders must be submitted on an itemized, official agency purchase order or on our order form if you are using a government purchasing card.
