Payment Options

For Federal, State and Local Government Agency Purchases:

Purchase Orders >>  We gladly accommodate Federal, State, and Local government purchase orders from credit-approved government agencies. To initiate an account setup, please reach out to our team.

Our standard open account payment terms for government agencies are DUE ON RECEIPT of the invoice and considered past due if payment has not been received within 20 days. (3 weeks). To earn our lowest pricing, agencies should opt for electronic invoice payment via ACH / Direct Deposit. Alternatively, if you prefer to pay by check, note that a fixed Manual Payment Processing fee will be applied to each order. Please make sure to indicate you need open account pricing when requesting price quotations.

Prepaid Government Orders >>  Another option to earn our lowest pricing, all orders can be prepaid with a government check or direct deposit to receive our best pricing. Please check with your account representative for more information.

Government Purchasing Cards >>  We accept most government purchasing cards including the GSA SmartPay cards. A 4.5% convenience fee will be added to all of the discounted government prices we normally quote for purchase orders paid by Direct EFT Deposit and government agency checks. This is due to the high cost of processing non card present government purchasing cards.

Volume Purchasing Contracts >> In addition to our BuyBoard contracts, we have the ability to set up specific agency purchasing contracts and allow you to earn additional discounts based on volume. Please ask your account representative for more information.

Agency Financing Programs >> CMC Government Supply leverages many different sources to help our customers find the funding to make their purchases of our products. We welcome the opportunity to offer non-traditional sources of funding including:

  • Firearms Trade In Program CMC will buy and sell agency owned, seized and used duty firearms including class 3 NFA weapons. We do it all internally and do not use any 3rd party brokers.
  • Grant Assistance Program CMC works with our vendors and other grant professionals to assist agencies in finding and securing both public and private grants to purchase our products.
  • Leasing Program CMC offers agencies the ability to lease many of our products.
  • Financing Programs CMC provides agencies several financing options to purchase our products.

For commercial business and individual purchases:

WE DO NOT SELL TO THE PUBLIC
We only sell directly to Government agencies and qualified first responders with credentials. First responder orders require payment in full whenever an order is placed. All First Responder Program orders must be prepaid in full by credit card or US Postal Money Order.
