CMC Government Supply is proud to support our active, retired, and honorably discharged military personnel, individual law enforcement or security officers, and other qualified first responders and public servants with this special discount purchasing program. All local Firearm & NFA Firearm laws and restrictions apply to FRP orders. Firearms purchased on this program are not eligible for any other discounts or Smith & Wesson factory rebates. First responder orders are all special orders from Smith & Wesson and require payment in full whenever an order is placed. All First Responder Program orders must be prepaid in full. All orders are subject to approval and verification by CMC and Smith & Wesson. All sales under this program are final.

Qualified purchasers for this program include:

LEO (Law Enforcement Officers) State, County and Local
Federal LEO – (e.g. F.B.I., U.S. Marshals, DEA, or DHS)
Corrections Officers, including Parole and Probation Officers
Retired LEO with “retired” credentials including Federal, State, County and Local
State Licensed Security Companies and State/City Licensed Security Officers
Federal Flight Deck Officers
Court Judges, District Attorneys, and Deputy District Attorneys
First responders including firefighters and rescue personnel with appropriate I.D.
Military: Active, Retired, Active-Reserve, Disabled in any capacity, Active–National Guard
Military veterans with a valid Form DD-214 or NGB Form 22.
