Heckler & Koch USP9 Expert 9mm Semi Automatic Handgun
Heckler & Koch have derived an outstanding variant of their classic USP in the USP Expert pistol. The USP Expert sits in between the USP and the USP Tactical in the HK product line. Compared to the standard USP, the USP Expert receives an upgraded match trigger and an extended slide, which hides an exclusive O-ring barrel. This additional length not only increases accuracy due to the new barrel, but the added weight removes additional felt recoil.
The HK USP Expert has received upgraded adjustable target-type sights and an enlarged trigger guard for additional comfort when shooting while wearing gloves.
The reinforced polymer frame has steel inserts in areas normally considered to be weak point sin standard polymer-framed pistols. HK pioneered the use of this process 30 years ago, and continues to be an innovator to this day. The HK USP control lever, a combination safety and decocking lever, is frame mounted and quickly accessible. The Browning-type action has been modified with a patented recoil reduction system.
The modular design of the USP Expert’s internal components allows the control lever function to be switched from the left to the right side of the pistol for left-handed shooters. The USP Tactical is available in single action/double action, or double action only.
